Change can happen at any moment, at various degrees. Sometimes they are micro changes, like changing the way you drive to work. Other times, they are macro changes— big life-alternating kinda stuff. ⠀⠀

I think what’s difficult is when change happens and we don’t grow from it. For me, I’ve had moments when I wanted to hold onto things so tightly and wouldn’t give it up. However, surrendering and allowing what’s in my hand to “fly” has given me peace. That release can then be replaced with a new, fresh vision from above. ⠀

The liminal space between those two are super important. Transitioning brings out all sorts of emotions. Grief, anger, disappointment, sadness. It’s okay to feel it. Ultimately, peace and a lightness will fill those spaces. ⠀⠀

Growing is a normal part of adult life. One season, certain things take center stage; another season, a different thing.⠀⠀
